The Pacific Islands Private Sector Organisation (PIPSO) will conduct a Business Development – Introductory Session for micro and small to medium businesses looking to develop or improve their business processes.

• Healthy Business Attributes
• Business Health Checks
• SWOT Analysis
• Developing Your Business
• Business Sustainability in Today’s Market
• How PIPSO can assist?

Participants will be engaged in activities such as discussing and analysing business case studies, group work and individual activities examining their own businesses.

Participants are expected to bring their own writing materials for the session.

This session will be facilitated by Mr David Sutherland, Production Specialist, PIPSO

Morning Tea Refreshments will be provided to participants.

Registration fees for the session is $20 per person.
