Chairperson – Fiji, Pacific Islands Private Sector Organisation (PIPSO).

Howard has had a 43-years work life in several careers including Teaching, Quality Management Leadership, Military, Management & Aviation Security, Human Resources and Rural Banking. He has served on numerous boards across State Owned Enterprises including; Fiji Sports Council, FNPF, ATH, TFL , Connect Fiji Ltd, GPH Ltd, Employment Relations Advisory Board; The Private Sector; Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation(President), Newworld IGA Pte Ltd, a Trustee of the Fiji Water Foundation; and Faith Based Trust; Harland Deaf Ministry Trust.  Post retirement he provides consulting services  in mentoring in people development, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Howard was awarded the 50th Independence Anniversary Medal in honor of his many years of service to the nation in different fields.  Since retirement he continues to utilize his experience to add value to people as a John C. Maxwell Certified Coach Speaker, Leadership Trainer and Mentor across various activities in secular and faith based communities.
Howard is the longest serving board member and in his second term as chairperson of the Pacific Islands Private Sector Organization the regional private sector body.  He is a life member of the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation and Trustee of the Fiji Human Resources Institute.

He highlights the importance of creating pathways for regional development that incorporate the private sector’s voice in policy-making, especially in areas like labor mobility, reintegration, and skill retention within Pacific nations.

He must render service to his local, national, and world community and PIPSO is in a perfect position as the regional private sector organization to unite the Blue Pacific continent to serve the world with true values that benefit humanity.
