Joanna Spencer serves as the Development Advisor for the Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In her role, she oversees policy reform and works to enhance governance within the Chamber. Joanna is committed to strengthening Vanuatu’s private sector by developing initiatives and services that support economic growth and resilience, particularly amid challenges like economic recovery post-COVID-19. Her work aligns closely with PIPSO’s mission of supporting private sector growth and development in the Pacific, focusing on governance and policy advocacy to improve business conditions in the region.
