16 certified in Small Business Level 1 Training

The month of February started off on a high note for the 16 participants after receiving their certificate following a two-day Small Business Training Level 1 facilitated by PIPSO in Suva.

The training was tailored for  micro to small businesses in looking at ways to Structure a Business, Record Keeping, Management of Cash & Working Capital.

Participants were taken through the areas of business goals & Record Keeping, Assets, Liabilities & Equity, Cash Books, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Cash Flow Forecasting and Business Structures, Tax& Regulation

Under the guidance of Financial Specialist Leslie Massey, participants undertook learning activities and were provided with hard copy activities and exercises to do, either in a group environment, individually or both.

PIPSO will hold similar trainings throughout the year.
